Qualifications:
– Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card to work on a construction site
– Foundation degree, Higher National Diploma (HND) or undergraduate degree accredited by the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB)
– Relevant subjects: building studies, surveying, estimating, construction or civil engineering, or construction site management
– Bachelor’s degree in construction management, project management, business or IT
– Postgraduate qualification in construction project management
– NVQ Levels 4 and 5 in Project Management or Levels 3, 4 and 5 in Business Improvement Techniques

Experience:
– Proven working experience in construction management
– Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
– Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
– Understanding of all facets of the construction process
– Experience as an estimator, building technician, surveyor or site supervisor
